Program Manager:

Responsible for running complex programs and projects in Engineering, IT, Administration, or Medical fields; which includes handling tasks that are involved in designing and development, as well as production. Ensures that all projects follow the standard procedures that are used in the management and deployment of projects. Undertakes strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation. Responsible for planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverable. Must have program management experience with the Federal Government and the DOD. Bachelor's degree is required and PMP certifications are preferred.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the management of projects involving Administrative Support. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Administrative Support Services. Vast experience in the use and creation of documents in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project. Active or ability to obtain a SECRET clearance required.

Instructional Systems Designer:

Provide development and modification of Navy Training System Plans (NTSP) and the analysis of existing course material. Familiarity with methods of developing and delivering NTSPs and its associated processes including an understanding of OPNAVINST 1500.76B and the Navy Training Requirements Documentation Manual (NTRDM). Experience with the Navy's HPRR and JDTA processes. Experience using Authoring Instructional Material (AIM), Content Planning Module (CPM) Rapid Online Content Creation Environment (ROCCE) and Web-Train. An understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) educational philosophy and methodology. Must have Navy experience in training and education. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Curriculum Developer:

Provide curriculum development support in designing training for various types of technology-delivered instruction (CBT, web-based training, electronic performance support, etc.). Provide support in designing interactive storyboards for web-based and instructor-led training for a variety of delivery systems, including CD-ROM, Internet, and electronic classrooms. Familiarity with methods of developing and delivering NTSPs and its associated processes, including an understanding of OPNAVINST 1500.76B and NTRDM. Have experience with the Navy's HPRR and JDTA processes. Must have experience in Navy curriculum development utilizing AIM II and CPM programs. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Instructional Specialist:

Provide instructional training with responsibilities in development and maintenance of training curriculums on U.S. Navy Interactive Learning Environment (ILE), Navy eLearning (NeL) and Navy Knowledge Online (NKO). Demonstrate ability to use establish methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process, including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation; familiarity with methods of developing and delivering NTSPs and its associated processes including an understanding of OPNAVINST 1500.76B and the Navy Training Requirements Documentation Manual (NTRDM). Have experience with the Navy's HPRR and JDTA processes. Must have Navy experience using Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) and Content Planning Module (CPM). Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Technical Auditor:

Provide auditing management of Navy technical training equipment and curriculum to include coordination and organization of logistics during the audit process, planning and scheduling of resources, accomplish site surveys to develop requirements definition and the development of facility Installation Design Plans (IDP's) and identification of hardware and software requirements. Have familiarity with NETC directives and Fleet requirements and knowledge of Navy training programs, organizations, and functions. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

3D Modeler/Animator:

Must have 3D modeling/animator experience utilizing 3 Dimensional (3D) modeling and animation to include the use of industry standard software such as Discreet 3D Studio Max and Newtek Lightwave. Have proficiency in the operation of AutoCAD in a 3D environment to uniformly convert standard navy drawing to 3D formats. Have proficiency in real-time environments and delivery of 3D content via the internet. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Engineering Technician:

Provide best quality industry practices in engineering services and solutions. Have an understanding of military facilities and support systems including experience with naval Shipboard systems in mechanical, electrical systems design, repair, installation, modification, operation, maintenance, and testing of Navy ships systems or equipment. Must have knowledge of Navy engineering programs, organizations, and task functions. A High School Diploma or respective field certifications are required.

Technical Writer:

Provide technical documentation development to including origination of text, layout and outline. Apply knowledge of applicable specifications and standards which govern development and maintenance of technical and training manuals, training guides and curriculums, test procedures, charts, graphs, and engineering drawings and form and format of various technical data and documentation. Have experience in writing and editing technical documentation in the use of computers, database programs, work processing programs, and graphics programs. Proficiency in desktop publishing. Must have knowledge of terminology and abbreviation of DoD, DoN, and/or HM&E specific technical manuals, plans, and procedures and other documentation. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Logistics Analyst:

Provide configuration data management support and program level support of Navy logistics projects and initiatives. Have direct experience with formulating and implementing ILS policies and processes. Provide analytical support of naval systems maintenance and operations, manpower and training, technical documentation and supply support. Have familiarity with Navy Data Environment (NDE), Configuration Data Managers Database – Open Architecture (CDMD-OA), Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS), and PMS Viewer. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Proposal Writer:

Develop and prepare proposals that respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Work closely with representatives of each department to administer proposal development. Track applicable RFPs, write proposals and other technical documentations, make sure proposals in progress are in compliance with instructions, manage production and the distribution of all proposal documents, ensure proposal formatting, help with developing and implementing technical/sample task work solutions, develop sales presentations and gathering critical information for different personnel. Must have experience in developing proposal for the Federal Government, DoD, and DoN. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, English, or related fields is required.
